There are several requirements concerning
eligibility to obtain a concealed handgun license.

SOME of them are:

You must be 21 years of age.  (Active military or Veteran at
least 18 and honorably discharged.)

You must not have been convicted of a felony.

You must not have been adjudicated (as a minor) of having
engaged in delinquent conduct violating felony-grade law within
10 years of the date of application

No class A or B misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
Includes DWI

You must be fully qualified under Federal and State law to
purchase a handgun. (Age limitation does not apply to Active
military or honorably discharged veterans but all other
qualifications must be met.)

You must not have been finally determined to be delinquent in
child support or taxes.  (If you have a court approved payment
plan you should be eligible.)

You must not be currently restricted under a restraining order
or protective order affecting the spousal relationship.


You must not have made any material misrepresentation or
failed to disclose any material fact in an application or request
for application.

You must not be a fugitive from justice.

Remember, application fees to the State are
NON-REFUNDABLE!


RENEWALS
As of MAY 1st this year, you do not need photos
or fingerprints to reapply
