Since the State no longer accepts rolled
fingerprints, there have been some changes!
You should fill in the application to the State
Online. When you print the checklist, it will
have a barcode. This number will allow you
to set up an appointment to have your prints
done at an L-1 Fingerprint location.
Failure to submit the online application will
slow the application process by several weeks.
(You send in an application filled in by hand,
then they send back a letter authorizing
the prints to be taken. Then, after receiving
your prints, they begin working on your
application.)
